Prospect Homes is a North West housebuilder creating high-quality new homes and developments designed around real lives.
We’re a relatively close-knit team, which means we can offer something the larger housebuilders sometimes struggle to provide – a genuinely personal approach. From choosing the right location and designing each development to helping customers find their new home, we believe good housebuilding starts with listening, caring about the details and doing things properly.
And as part of Riverside, one of the UK’s largest housing associations, we’re also part of something bigger. The profits Prospect makes are reinvested through Riverside, helping support affordable housing and wider community initiatives.
We build commercially successful homes, but with a wider social purpose behind them.
